Write down not just “health” or “abundance,” but exactly what those look like (dollar amounts, habits, contributions).
- Release before you receive.
Action: Journal daily about what you’re letting go of—stress, doubt, fear—to make room for new energy.
- Gratitude shifts vibration.
Each morning, list 3 things you’re grateful for as if they’ve already happened (e.g., “I’m so grateful I earn $40K/month consistently”).
- Work in the 4D (the workshop).
Use meditation, vision boards, or journaling to intentionally create the future you want.
- Embodiment is the 5D.
Practice the “as if” technique—dress, speak, and carry yourself like your future self today.
- Reprogram old beliefs.
Notice when negative stories surface (“we can’t afford that”) and consciously replace them with empowering ones.
- Energy is contagious.
Protect your vibration—start and end each day with meditation or breath work to reset.
