- Everything is Energy: As Einstein said, “Match the frequency of the reality you want and you cannot help but get that reality.” What you think and feel literally shapes your world.
- Conscious vs. Subconscious: The subconscious runs 95% of your life. If it’s holding onto fear or doubt, it will override your willpower—so releasing old programs is essential.
- The Ring of Peace (4 Steps):
- Let Be – Get present and take inventory of your thoughts and feelings.
- Let Go – Release limiting beliefs, fear, and stress that no longer serve you.
- Let See – Shift your perspective to see new opportunities and possibilities.
- Let Flow – Align with synchronicity, abundance, and effortless momentum.
- The Map of Consciousness: Emotions vibrate at different frequencies—shame and guilt at the lowest, love and gratitude at the highest. Where you focus determines what you attract.
- Taoist Sound Meditations: Healing vibrations like “Wheee” (Kidneys) and “Ahhh” (Heart) can harmonize your energy and restore balance.
- Paradigms Hold Us Back: Often, the “box” we live in is the problem. Questioning old beliefs creates breakthroughs in both life and business.

- Start your day by checking your vibe. Ask: What frequency am I broadcasting right now?
- Practice the Ring of Peace: When stressed, pause → Let Be → Let Go → Let See → Let Flow.
- Shift your language: Replace “I can’t” or “I don’t have” with “I am” and “I choose.”
- Try a Taoist sound meditation: Take 3 deep breaths and repeat one sound (like Ahhh for the heart) six times to restore calm and clarity.
- Ground yourself daily: Walk barefoot outside or try simple “earthing” practices to recharge your energy.
