Actions for Your Week Ahead
Here are a few ways to practice trusting your inner compass:
- Pause before deciding.
When something feels off, take a breath before reacting. Ask yourself: “Does this choice expand me or contract me?” Your body always tells the truth before your brain catches up. - Journal one intuitive win per day.
Each night, note one moment you followed a hunch — even a small one — and how it turned out. You’ll start to see a pattern of trust growing. - Differentiate fear from intuition.
Fear feels loud and rushed; intuition feels calm and clear. Practice noticing which voice is speaking. - Honor your “No” as much as your “Yes.”
Danielle reminded us that boundaries are just as spiritual as goals. Every “No” creates space for a better “Yes.” - Ground in stillness.
Even two minutes of quiet breathing or Reiki hand placement can reset your energy and reconnect you to your inner knowing.
